    We can learn so much from the natural world! The beauty of waves as they nourish and deplete more permanent structures that over time become less permanent as do all things in life. It reminds me to remember that there is often beauty in the midst of destruction and change that results in renewal is often the easiest way to navigate stressful feelings. The rhythm of waves, like our own breathing, can be violent or calming and sometimes both at the same time. The beauty remains.
